Festival Vendors
Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Telluride Yoga Festival family! We are looking for vendors that align with our values, our attendees, and our desire to create a vibrant, creative, and fun festival community.
This is what being a vendor looks like.
Key Information
Vending Dates: Friday, June 25 - Sunday, June 27, 2027
Hours: Friday & Saturday 9 am-6 pm, & Sunday, 9-4 pm.
Location: The Mountain Market in the Heritage Plaza in central Mountain Village (our campus headquarters)
Load In/Out: Thursday, 11 am-5 pm, & Sunday, 4-6 pm.
Number of Vendors: 45 Mountain Market vendors
Space: 10’x10’ booth tent (provided by vendors) for both locations
Price: $795 for 10x10 retail booth, $600 for prepared (not-packaged) food and wellness practitioners (massage, reiki, etc.), and $1500 for 20x10 retail booth.

Situated mere steps away from the free gondola, linking to the Town of Telluride, and adjacent to the Telluride Bike Park, this prime spot ensures maximum visibility and accessibility.
Diverse Buyer Demographic: Attracting a diverse audience, including loyal attendees, locals, second homeowners, and engaged visitors, the Mountain Village and Telluride Yoga Festival provide an ideal marketplace for vendors offering quality products and a range of offerings.
High Foot Traffic: With vending open to the public, vendors can tap into a substantial footfall of up to 8,000 individuals daily passing through the Town of Mountain Village. Additionally, the Telluride Yoga Festival draws in approximately 1,100 attendees throughout the weekend, guaranteeing exposure and potential customers.

Pricing, Maps & Essentials

$795 for a 10’x10’ retail space
$600 for a 10’x10’ prepared food (coffee, salads - non-packaged foods) or wellness space (massage, etc.)
$1500 for a 10’x20’ space
The price to vend includes a $25 business license fee for the Town of Mountain Village.

Security: We provide security outside business hours for our vendors Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
Processing Credit Cards: We recommend you have data on your phone/tablet for processing credit cards as a back up however.
Electricity: Please specify in your application if you will need electricity as not all spaces have that option.
Weather: Weather can change quickly in the mountains; this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to weather.
Payment: Payment is due at time of approval. Your space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted and full payment is received.
Tents/Tables/Chairs: Outdoor vendors are required to bring their own 10’x10’ tent. 6’ and 8’ tables + chairs can be rented for $20/table and $10 for 2 chairs. Securing the tent is the responsibility of the vendor - please bring weights.
Taxes to Town of Mountain Village: Vendors at the Mountain Market agree to report sales and submit 8.65% of total gross revenue to TYF for sales tax.
Cancellations: Cancelling 60 days or more before the festival will result in a $200 cancellation fee. Within 60 days, fees are non-refundable.
