WORKSHOP ENTRY & ETIQUETTE
Studio doors open 20 minutes prior to the beginning of each workshop/class. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time to check in, set up your mat, and settle in. Make sure to show your wristband to the volunteer. Please be mindful and leave room for your neighbors, as many of the sessions will be full. Those seeking space-available entry will be permitted access 10 min prior to session times beginning. Venue doors will close 5 minutes after the start time.
SPACE AVAILABLE ENTRY
Those seeking space-available entry will be permitted access 10 min prior to session times beginning provided there is room. Venue doors will close 5 minutes after the start time.
WHAT TO BRING
For practicing, please bring your mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a smile! We will have mats and water bottles at hospitality, so we've got you covered regardless. Most venues will not offer props such as straps, blocks, or bolsters, so if this is an important element to your practice, please bring them along!
WEATHER
As with all mountain towns, weather can change – be ready for rain or shine and for cooler mornings & evenings; it’s always good to have a puffy or fleece with you at all times! Good hiking shoes, sunscreen, and hats are always good go-to’s as well.
WATER
To decrease our carbon footprint, we thank all attendees for bringing their own water bottles (or you can purchase a bottle at hospitality). Registration and select venues will have refill stations!
RESTROOMS
Please refer to the map for venue restrooms and/or public restrooms.
DOGS/ANIMALS
Dogs are allowed in the Heritage Plaza vending area, but no dogs, chickens, goats or any animal of any kind are allowed in any other Festival venues.
LOST & FOUND
Lost & Found is located at Registration.
