Workshop entry & Etiquette
Studio doors open 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each workshop/class. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time to check-in, set up your mat and settle in. Make sure to show your wristband to the volunteer. Please be mindful and leave room for your neighbors, as many of the sessions will be full. Those seeking space-available entry will be permitted access 10 min prior to session times beginning. Venue doors will close 5 minutes after start time.
Space available entry
Pass holders are welcome to participate in any class with space availability. Keep in mind that you will be permitted into a venue 10 min prior to start time after all registered attendees have checked in. Larger venues will be your best option if you have not registered for a session prior.
To decrease our carbon footprint, we thank all attendees for bringing their own water bottle (or you can purchase a Klean Kanteen bottle at hospitality). High School Venues will have water options to refill your bottle throughout the day!
What to bring
For practicing, please bring your mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing and a smile! We will have Hugger Mugger and Manduka mats for sale along with Klean Kanteen water bottles at hospitality, so we've got you covered regardless. Additionally, we do have several “loaner” mats if you are coming for just for the day or to a couple of classes. Most venues will not offer props such as straps, blocks or bolsters, so if this is an important element to your practice, please bring them along!
As with all mountain towns, weather can change – be ready for rain or shine and for cooler evenings, it’s always good to have a warmer fleece type jacket. Good hiking shoes, sunscreen and hat are always good go-to’s as well.
