Purchasing Your Pass

Please purchase your pass through our website – we work with a ticketing site called Eventbrite.  If you are purchasing multiple tickets, make sure that each ticket has a unique email address associated with it as this will allow you to create unique schedules for each person.

Create your schedule

Once you’ve purchased a pass, you will automatically receive an email from where you may go online and create your profile and once the schedule is released in late March, register for classes.  To register for a class, simply click the checkbox for the session or event that you’d like and it will be added to your schedule. You’ll know a class has been added once you see the check mark.

Create your Sched account

We have a guide for attendees on how to confirm your ticket type here.  Things to remember:

  • Each pass must have a unique email address associated with it (i.e. that you and your husband/wife/friend aren’t using the same email for two passes).

  • If you are an existing Sched user, your account will be linked to the pass purchased so you can schedule classes (after schedule has been released sometime mid-March).

  • If you are a new Sched user, a Sched account will be created using your email address associated with your pass, and the ticket linked to it.

Logging into your account

To log back in, please click on   You’ll need to know the email address for your Sched account.

Is there a submit button or confirmation that I should expect after I select my classes?

No, once you select the classes you want to attend and log out, you are confirmed and your schedule is ready to go. Check back and change your schedule as many times as you’d like up until the day of your class.

How do I go back and view my schedule?  

Login by going to:  Pease remember that you’ll need to login with the account that you purchased a ticket under.  You can also view your schedule at any time by viewing your profile page (you can get here by clicking your profile photo in the navigation bar).

Find the full festival schedule – along with class descriptions, presenter bios, real-time updates, and space availability by going to your phone’s browser and entering: on your phone.  Bookmark it to your home screen so you’re always one click away – for instructions for how to make your schedule app appear on your mobile device go here.

Can I print my schedule?  

If you are logged in and have created a personal schedule, you are able to print your personal schedule by clicking the “Print” button on the sidebar and selecting the “My Schedule” tab (please see below example)

I can’t log into  What should I do? 

Try resetting your password here.

To view your schedule

View your confirmed classes and settings in the top right menu.

Set your password

Check your inbox or bulk folder for an activation link from Remember to set your password in order to make changes and view your schedule later.

Scheduling for Multiple Tickets & Transferring Tickets

Each ticket must have a schedule under a unique name and email address. If you purchased multiple tickets and did not enter a different email address, transfer the ticket(s) by logging in to your Eventbrite Attendee account here. Click the “My Tickets tab”, followed by “View your Order” to enter the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to and press “Save.”  Now, the new ticket holder will receive the activation email from to log in and create a schedule.

To set your account to private please login, click the arrow in the top right, click “Settings” then click “Change your username, password and privacy settings.”  Click Hide my profile & schedule then click “Save Profile.”


View Your Ticket Order

To view your ticket order details or update the information on your ticket, log in to your Eventbrite Attendee account here.

Promo Codes

Please enter the promo code at the bottom of the ticket purchasing page and hit apply before you select your ticket type and quantity.  This will apply the discount to the appropriate ticket type and then select the quantity and check out from there.


All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, but you are free to transfer your tickets or resell them at face value or less.

Transferring Tickets

Tickets can be transferred to another attendee. To transfer your ticket to another person simply login to your Eventbrite Attendee account here. Click the “My Tickets tab”, followed by “View your Order” to edit your ticket.  Enter the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to and press “Save” to automatically transfer your class schedule to the new attendee!  For more info on how to transfer your ticket, click here.
