Regina Zwilling was looking for a new way to physically challenge herself when she stumbled upon her first yoga class about 8 years ago. Thousands of Downward Dogs later, she still finds joy in the strong physical aspect that Yoga offers. The true work lies in living her Yoga off the mat as well. Finding compassion, love and gratitude in every moment has been the greatest gift Yoga has offered her. Sharing this gift with her students is her greatest joy. Regina has studied many different styles, including Ashtanga, Anusara, Power and Iyengar. She has been blessed with countless beautiful teachers--most notably the students in front of her in each and every class. Her primary teaching influence has been Ana Forrest. Also a massage therapist, Regina blends her anatomical knowledge of the Human body with her love of asana, her sense of humor and upbeat music into a challenging eclectic flow designed to support our physical, mental and, ultimately, spiritual growth. "Through this challenging vinyasa, we can learn grace and calmness, as well as the strength of our own Spirit."
