Go deep with these 3 hour immersions. Geared towards all, these workshops are for those who want to take their practice to the next level and study more intensely with our most remarkable teachers. There will be an hour break for lunch. Please bring your notebook and get ready to take it all in. SATURDAY & SUNDAY - THE ELKS POND, MOUNTAIN VILLAGE
We are thrilled to be offering SUP Yoga in the Mountain Village for all pass holders for just $20. First, enjoy a fun shuttle to Elk's Pond from the High School, then enjoy the views and serenity at Elk's Pond. Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) yoga is the natural extension of the timeless practice of yoga fused with an exciting water sport. The added challenge of practicing while floating forces us to confront elements of our practice that most of us take for granted.

Check out the schedule for some amazing guided hiking experiences interwoven with practice, pranayama, and more. Hikes will include the Valley Floor, the Jud Weibe, Bear Creek and more with some of your favorite presenters leading the way. No mats are needed, but wear good shoes and bring clothes for inclement weather.
If you’re going to be a kid, there is no place better than Telluride and at TYF, we aim to make it even sweeter. Have your kiddo join us for a magical journey Friday-Sunday with classes coinciding with adult classes. Kids classes are free with an adult pass or ticket to the festival.
Each session will be supervised by wonderful and experienced Children's yoga instructors with specially crafted sessions. Check the schedule for details, class offerings and to sign your kiddo up.

Get your morning off on the right foot! If you think running is a hard, this is a session not to miss. Focusing on posture, alignment and breathing, ChiRunning combines your yoga practice with running. Together, we will run a slow 5K. You will learn how to use less energy while running and enjoy this beautiful run along the Valley Floor & San Miguel River.

A great opportunity to ride one of Telluride's best trails and get some yoga in the mix from a beautiful vista. For intermediate riders and up - purchase a $20 ticket for this amazing adventure with killer views.
This is a thrilling technical hike along the east end of the Telluride canyon, offering spectacular views of Bridal Veil Falls and the Telluride Valley. A via ferrata (Italian for "road of iron") is a mountain route which is equipped with fixed cables, ladders, and/or bridges. This is a unique adventure and yes, bring your camera! Cost $125.
